Prof. Lu's RESEARCH INTERESTS Solid
state electronic materials and devices, particularly, Zinc Oxide (ZnO) -
based materials, nanostructures, and devices; integration of ZnO and its
nanostructures with other functional materials (Si, GaN,
etc); MOCVD growth of advanced materials;
integrated and multifunctional sensors and sensors on chip; piezoelectric
thin films and devices including surface acoustic wave (SAW) and bulk
